You can sign in to the Pictue web application at:
https://web.app.pictue.com/login
First, select your preferred language and click Log in. Then enter your email address and password, and click Sign In.
If you'd like the browser to remember your account and keep you signed in, select Stay signed in on this device.
Your username is your email address.
