Inviting Users
Ask your employees to download the Pictue app from the App Store (iPhone) or i Google Play Store (Android).
Users can create their own personal account directly in the app, or you can invite them using the instructions below. If they don't already have an account, Pictue will automatically create one during the invitation process.
Once a user has created an account, you can invite them to your organisation by clicking Invite New User in the top-right corner of the User Management page.
Note: If the email address used for the invitation is not yet associated with a Pictue account, a new user account will be created automatically during the invitation process. Learn more here.
Managing User Permissions
Assign each user the appropriate user role and Keyword Paths before they start capturing images.
A user's role determines which images they can view and which settings and features they have access to.
