Inviting Users
Invite new users to your organisation, assign roles, and grant access to Keyword Paths in Pictue User Management.
You can invite new users from the User Management page. Click Invite New User in the top-right corner to open the invitation window.
When inviting a user, you can enter their:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- User role (permissions)
- Keyword Path access
User roles and Keyword Path permissions can be updated later at any time through User Management.

Regardless of your own role, you cannot assign a role that is higher than your own.
If you have the Site Manager role or a lower permission level, you can only grant access to the Keyword Paths that you have access to yourself. Users with the Photographer role cannot access User Management or Keyword Management.
To ensure a smooth image capture workflow, make sure your users have access to the appropriate Keyword Paths.
If a user has not been assigned any Keyword Paths, they can still capture images, add comments, and set an Image Status, but they will not be able to classify images using Keywords.
