Introduction
You can access Tag Management from the left-hand navigation menu in the Pictue web application or directly at:
https://web.app.pictue.com/filter-management
Pictue's Tag Management consists of Tags, Tag Lists, and Workflows built from them.
Workflows are fully customisable, and the same Tags and Tag Lists can be reused across multiple workflows.
Tags
Create Tags to classify images captured with the mobile app according to your organisation's needs.
Tags act like a folder structure—without actually creating folders. Instead of browsing directories, you can quickly search and filter images using their assigned Tags.

Tag Lists
Tag Lists provide an efficient way to manage larger collections of values, such as projects, worksites, or customers.
By assigning a Tag List value to an image, you can easily search, filter, and share all images belonging to a specific project or location.

Workflows
Workflows ensure that images are documented with the exact metadata your organisation requires.
By combining Tags and Tag Lists into guided workflows, users are prompted to classify each image immediately after capture. This ensures consistent, accurate image documentation without relying on manual post-processing.
