Default Settings (Fallback)
Understand how Fallback mode works and why Workflows make image documentation faster, more consistent, and easier to manage.
If a user has not been assigned any Workflows, the mobile app automatically displays Fallback mode after images are captured.
Instead of following a guided Workflow, the user is taken directly to the Upload Images screen, where they must manually select one or more Tags from a list containing all Tags available in the organisation.
If your organisation has not yet created any Tags or Workflows, Pictue provides three default Tags:
- Before
- During
- Completed
These default Tags are available above the comment field on the upload screen.
Because Fallback mode requires users to manually choose from all available Tags, image classification is slower and less consistent.
For the best user experience, we recommend creating Workflows to guide users through a structured tagging process.
Important: After creating a Workflow, remember to assign it to your users in User Management.
