Basic Company Settings

Manage your organisation's information, Image Statuses, and company settings in the Pictue web application.

 Once you've signed in to the web application, you can manage your Profile and Company Settings by clicking the profile icon in the top-right corner of the page. You can also sign out of the web application from this drop-down menu. 



 Within Company Settings, you can download an Excel file containing all of your organisation's image data in a structured, column-based format. 



 You can also complete your organisation's information by adding basic details, address information, and contact details. However, not all fields are required to use the Pictue mobile app or web application. 

 

Below the organisation details, you'll find the Image Status tool. Here you can create, edit, and delete Image Statuses to help organise and classify both new and existing images.

In the mobile app, an Image Status can be selected from the drop-down menu above the comment field before uploading an image.
