I called Marko Heiskanen from Efficient Network Partner Oy (more familiarly known as ENP) and my goal was to get feedback on how Marko, who is in the role of production manager, has experienced Pictue helping them in their operations. ENP is a Northern Finnish company that designs, implements and maintains electricity and telecommunications networks. The company directly and indirectly employs over 200 people in Finland.
I asked Marko for what purposes ENP uses photographs taken from construction sites, what their customers expect from documentation, and how the implementation of Pictue has been reflected in the company's everyday life.

For what purposes do you at ENP use photographs taken from construction sites?
“For us, photography is very important for quality control, documenting work, and managing complaints.
Have you encountered any challenges in meeting customer requirements?
“Providing images with location and timestamp information that meet customer requirements has been a challenge, but with Pictue we can retrieve the images in real time, in a format that everyone accepts.”
How is the use of Pictue reflected in the everyday life of ENP, if at all?
"Our installers are happy to take photos when they have a truly easy tool to use, and it is easy for supervisors to monitor the progress of the construction sites. Time is saved when sending photos via Whatsapp and manually archiving photos has been completely eliminated."
Why did you decide on Pictue's solution for image documentation?
“We have looked at several solutions to the problem and ended up with Picture because it is by far the easiest to use and most effective!”
